FAQs

What is your returns and exchanges policy?
All items must be returned within 14 days. Returns must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, odor-free and in a resellable condition. To return an item, include your original packing slip noting which items you are returning along with an explanation. Please allow 2-4 weeks for returns to be processed. You will receive a notification that your order has been refunded for the cost of the item plus any applicable sales tax. You are responsible for return shipping costs. What should I do if there's a problem with the order I received?
If you ordered the wrong item or size, please see our return policy above.
If you:
- received an incorrect item or size;
- are missing an item from your order;
- received someone else's order;
- received a damaged item

Please contact us using the same email address with which you placed your order. We require that you ship back the item(s) and we will send out a replacement immediately.

Paypal only at this time. We do accept credit through paypal.

Is your site secure?
When you proceed to checkout, you will be redirected to a secure session using SSL ecryption. Your details are not stored on our servers.

What if an item is out of stock?
Everything we make is printed in a very limited run, so chances are if it isn't on the site, it is no longer available. If you would to see a design reprinted, send us an email!

How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order please email us at info@ilovetoastee.com.

How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery times reflect how long your package will be in transit after it has been processed and shipped out. If the items are in stock, your order will be sent out within 2-4 business days, afterwhich you will receive an email notification stating that your order is on its way. If there is a delay in getting the item(s) shipped, we will notify you by email. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.

Do you accept orders from places outside of the U.S.?
